CHARACTERISTICS : An extra heavy coated electrode for chamfering and gouging applications on various metals. The arc has force to blow away the metal to be removed from the working area. Easy to use, without any supplementary gas, oxygen, air or torches. Gives clean surface for subsequent operations like welding etc.
APPLICATION :
1) Suitable to cleaning and removal of unwanted / undesirable materials.
2) Weld joints preparation, removal of crack in welded joints.
3) Defects repair in casting.
4) Also to remove excess deposition prior to machining, weld dressing etc.
