Description:

A basic coated Ni alloy electrode producing inconel weld deposit.

Basis of Alloys:

Mn, Fe, Ni, Cr, Cb

Application & Descriptions:

The electrode exhibits excellent results while welding 5% & 9% Ni steels. Inconel steels under low temperature applications produce crack-free joints which are resistant to oxidation and corrosion.

Suitable for welding dissimilar materials, joining Ni-based steel to them. Ideal for welding joints where creep and oxidation resistance properties are desired at elevated temperatures.

Re-Dry Condition:

Re-Dry the electrode at 350°C for 1 hour.
