Characteristics:

Agglomerated, natural basicity, calcium-manganese silicate type high-speed welding flux with excellent slag detachability and smooth weld bead. Suitable for single and multi-wire welding with DC or AC current. Capable of welding up to 20 mm in joining applications due to high alloy content.

Typical Applications:

  • General construction and structural steel welding
  • Pressure vessels and water pipes
  • Welding on slightly rusty or oily plates
  • High-speed welding, including twin and multi-wire setups, spiral pipe mills, and high-speed beam welding

Drying Requirement:

Redrying recommended at 350°C for 2 hours before use.
