Characteristics:

Ratna GT is a special purpose electrode, specifically designed for welding hot-dip galvanizing baths. Weld metal is highly resistant to molten zinc corrosion. The electrode is further characterized by a soft arc, low spatter, and easily detachable slag.

Application:

• Welding of plates for fabrication of galvanizing baths.
• Filling up worn-out bodies of galvanizing baths to resist molten zinc corrosion.
• Window frames, thin-walled tanks, and vessels.

Re-Dry Condition:

Re-dry the electrode at 150°C for 1 hour before use.
