All Position Rutile Type Flux Cored Wire for MAG/MIG Welding
Classification:
- AWS/SFA-5.20 : E70T1
- JIS : YFW-C50DM
Characteristics:
E70T1 is a flux-cored welding wire with a rutile-type slag base.
It offers quiet and smooth running characteristics, very low spatter loss,
easy slag removal, and produces weld seams that are uniformly shaped with smooth edges.
Particularly suited for fillet welds and all-position welding.
Applications:
- Welding of structural steel components
- Fabrication of boilers and pressure vessels
- Suitable for steels with minimum UTS up to 510 N/mm²
Shielding Gas:
Welding with CO2 gas or Ar + CO2 gas mixture.
