Application & Description:

Rutile Coated electrode for surfacing equipments parts, constrictions and tools, resistant to medium friction and compression. Good resistance to cavitations, highly resistant to shocks. Sound, crack free deposit, machinable weld deposit with standard tools.

Surfacing of rails and switches, roller guides, sideways, build up before hard facing.

Re-Dry Condition:

Re-Dry the electrode at 150°C for 1 hour.
