All Position Rutile Type Flux Cored Wire for MAG/MIG Welding
Classification:
- AWS/SFA-5.20 : E71T-5
- JIS : YFW-C50DR
Characteristics:
E71T-5 is a basic type flux-cored welding wire that produces very low hydrogen weld metal,
offering high resistance to cracking in restrained joints. Its smooth metal transfer
enables easy deposition, even in all-position welding.
Applications:
- Heavy fabrication of mild steels requiring superior toughness and crack resistance
- Welding steels with tensile strength up to 520 N/mm²
- Construction projects, bridges, pressure vessels, and offshore structures
- Suitable for boiler quality steels like SA 515-70, 285 grade C, IS: 2002-2A & 2B, IS: 2062, IS: 226, and DIN
