Description:

Stainless steel stick electrodes with extra low carbon 19% Cr & 9% Ni for welding low carbon 18/8 stainless steel and several austenitic steels. Provides smooth arc, fine bead appearance, shiny finish, and easy slag removal. Weld metal is of radiographic quality with excellent corrosion and scaling resistance. Weld metal is of radiographic quality.

Typical Application:

• Welding 18/8 Cr/Ni steels such as 301L, 302L, 304L, and 308L with low carbon content.
• Boilers, refineries, and build-up applications on stainless steel jobs.
• Turbines, oil & gas sectors, fertilizer plants, and chemical industries.

Re-Dry Condition:

Re-Dry the electrode at 300°C for 1 hrs for best results.
