All Position Rutile Type Flux Cored Wire for MAG/MIG Welding
Classification:
- AWS/SFA-5.20 : E71T-1C/1M
- JIS : YFW-C50DR
Characteristics:
E71T-1C/1M is a titania-type flux-cored welding wire suitable for all welding
positions of mild steel and structural steel. It can be used on high tensile steel
up to 510 N/mm². The slag provides full coverage of the weld bead and is easy to remove.
It produces a smooth and stable arc, and the wire’s special surface coating ensures
long shelf life and smooth feeding. The weld metal is radiographically sound.
Applications:
- Chemical machinery equipment
- Shipbuilding
- Automobile industry
- Bridges, towers, and rolling stock fabrication
Shielding Gas:
Welding with CO2 gas or Ar + CO2 gas mixture.
