All Position Rutile Type Flux Cored Wire for MAG/MIG Welding
Classification:
- AWS/SFA-5.29 : E81T1 Ni1
- JIS : YFW-C602R
Characteristics:
E81T1 Ni1 is a rutile flux-cored wire suitable for all-position, single- and multi-pass welding
on carbon and low alloy steels requiring good toughness at subzero temperatures.
It offers excellent arc stability, low spatter, complete slag coverage, easy slag removal,
and produces weld metal with excellent mechanical properties and radiographic quality.
Applications:
- Welding high tensile steels up to 600 N/mm²
- Bridges, pressure vessels, and 1% Ni or similar steels
- Typical steels: ASTM A572, A302, A588, and A734
- Ideal for welding quenched and tempered steels
Shielding Gas:
Welding with CO2 gas or Ar + CO2 gas mixture.
