Stainless Steel Continuous & Cut Length Solid Welding Wire for MIG/TIG Welding

Characteristics:
ER316L is an austenitic stainless steel low-carbon welding wire containing
approximately 18% Cr, 12% Ni, and 2% Mo. The weld metal has a small amount
of ferrite, ensuring excellent resistance to cracking. The low carbon content
enhances arc stability and improves resistance to intergranular corrosion.
It also provides good overall mechanical properties and reliable weld integrity.
Applications:
- Designed for MIG, TIG, and SA welding of stainless steel grades such as SS 316L and SS 318
- Recommended for use in chloride environments where pitting resistance is required
- Low carbon improves resistance to intergranular corrosion
- Suitable for components and equipment exposed to service temperatures up to 350°C
Shielding Gas:
Welding with 100% Ar gas or Ar + 2% O2 gas.
